WordPress Website Design Malaysia
Every website I have built since 2009 runs on WordPress, and I am still the one who designs and builds each of them. This page explains what a WordPress website from me includes, what it costs and why WordPress remains the right choice for most Malaysian businesses.
Why WordPress for a Malaysian business website
WordPress is the platform behind more than four in ten websites worldwide, which matters for a practical reason: you are never locked in. Any WordPress designer in Malaysia can take over the site, hosting can move, and plugins exist for almost every need, from Bahasa Malaysia content to FPX payment.
It is also the platform I know best. Fifteen years of WordPress web design means the problems that slow other projects down, such as speed, security, Elementor quirks and theme conflicts, are ones I have already solved.
Custom design, not a template
A WordPress website design from a theme marketplace looks like a thousand others and carries the weight of features you will never use. Mine start from your business: who the customer is, what they must do on the site, and what should make them trust you in the first few seconds.
- Up to eight pages designed around your services, projects and proof
- Mobile-first layouts tested on the phones your customers actually use
- WhatsApp, call and email buttons on every page, each one measured
- On-page SEO foundations: titles, descriptions, headings, structured data
- Google Business Profile and Maps integration for local search
- Speed optimisation and security hardening before launch
- One hour of hands-on WordPress training, so you can edit content yourself
After launch
Every website comes with 90 days of free support. After that the Website Care Plan keeps WordPress, the theme and the plugins updated, backed up and monitored for RM250 a month, and the SEO Retainer takes over when you want more customers from Google. If you would rather learn to manage the site in depth, the one-to-one WordPress course in Bahasa Malaysia covers that.

Questions
Questions people ask first
How much does a WordPress website cost in Malaysia?
A business website starts at RM4,500 for up to eight pages with finished content; a single landing page starts at RM2,500 and a WooCommerce store at RM7,500. The written quotation reflects the scope we agree before any work starts.
How long does a WordPress website take?
A business website takes three to four weeks from the day the content is ready. A landing page takes seven to ten working days.
Do you redesign existing WordPress websites?
Yes. A redesign keeps your domain, content and rankings and replaces the design, the theme and usually the speed. It is quoted like a new website once I have looked at the current site.
Do you use Elementor or custom code?
Both, depending on the project. Elementor where the client will edit pages often, custom code where speed and precision matter more. Either way the site is yours and documented.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. Clients have included businesses in Penang, Johor, Selangor and overseas; the work happens on WhatsApp and video calls, with meetings in KL when useful.
